Easy BuildMat-Net is an online platform designed to make sourcing construction materials easier for end-users and professionals in Uganda. We connect users to nearby suppliers and display their product listings, locations, and prices.

Our platform is open to Contractors, Builders, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, and Homeowners looking to purchase construction materials, as well as material suppliers wanting to list their products.

Yes, browsing and comparing materials is free. However, some features may require a premium subscription in the future.

We currently cover suppliers across Kampala, but we are expanding regularly. Check the app for the latest updates on regional availability.

Material Purchasing FAQs

You can use the search feature to enter your location, and the app will display material suppliers in your area. You can filter the results by material type, supplier rating, and price.

Once you’ve found the materials you need, select the quantity, and proceed to checkout. You can choose your preferred payment method and delivery option.

We accept multiple payment methods, including mobile money, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.

We verify all suppliers before listing them. However, we also encourage you to check reviews, ratings, and past experiences shared by other users to make an informed choice.

Yes, you can save suppliers to your profile for easy reference in the future. Look for the “Add to Favorites” option on each supplier’s page.

Yes, Easy BuildMat-Net allows you to compare prices from various material suppliers to help you make informed decisions based on quality and affordability.

Yes, once your order has been placed, you can track the status of your order in real-time through the app or website.

General FAQs for Material Suppliers

Suppliers can register by creating an account and submitting their product listings, location, and pricing details. Once approved, your products will be visible to all users.

Currently, listing products is free, but we may charge a small commission on each transaction. Contact us for more details about pricing plans.

Yes, you can log into your account at any time to update your listings, adjust prices, or remove items that are out of stock.

We offer onboarding assistance, technical support, and promotional options to help you reach more customers.

Yes, supplier accounts come with a dashboard where you can view listing performance, user interactions, and other metrics to help you understand and optimize your offerings.

For registered suppliers, payments can be made via mobile money or bank transfers providing flexibility and convenience. For unregistered suppliers, payment is limited to “Payment on Delivery” to ensure security and trust for both parties.

FAQs on Supplier’ Eligibility

They say nothing is free in life—even “free shipping.” That’s because, even if you offer free shipping, someone has to pay for it. Usually, that’s going to be you, the business owner!
At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can file a cancellation request. Then, you can place a new order with the correct address.
f your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, you can check the website to see the current status of your order here.
Please note: The expected shipping times for orders outside of the UK and ROI, do not take into account possible delays if your parcel is held up in customs. We would ask you to allow 21 days from order to receive your item(s), prior to further investigation.
If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
